Cuscinetti and possibly at the offices of external data processors as well as at the offices of other persons appointed and authorized for this purpose (as further specified below) and are carried out by entities in charge of the management of the services requested, the storage and processing of data as well as the necessary maintenance operations. 8. Child protection

The processing of data of minors may take place to the extent that consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility.

Insight:

F.C.M. Cuscinetti does not intentionally collect personal information (such as name, address and telephone number etc.) from minors. We do not allow minors to submit their own data within our site. However, should the parent or guardian of a minor believe that the minor may have nonetheless provided personal information, he or she should contact us should he or she wish to have the aforementioned information deleted from our records. Should F.C.M. Cuscinetti learn that it is in possession of information of a personal nature relating to a minor, it will nevertheless immediately delete the aforementioned information from its databases. Should untrue data be provided, F.C.M. Cuscinetti will consider itself relieved from any responsibility and/or claim without prejudice to the verifications to which it undertakes. 10. Retention period of personal data

These deadlines could be shortened and/or increased (with prior notice to the interested parties) in case, for example, of indications from Institutions and/or Control Authorities.
This is without prejudice to the possibility of revoking consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent (precisely) given prior to the revocation itself.

11. Transfer to countries outside the EU

The data controller could transfer your data to non-EU countries to take advantage of services for example archiving or for the creation of mailing lists; of course in said case F.C.M.   • Right of rectification: you may obtain rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you without delay and you may also obtain supplementation of incomplete personal data including by providing a supplementary statement.
  • Right to object: you can object at any time, on grounds related to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you even if it is used for direct marketing and/or profiling.
  • Right to withdraw consent where given e.g. for marketing purposes and the like.
  • Right of deletion (to be forgotten): it is possible to request the deletion of data in an enhanced form, for example, even after the data subject has withdrawn consent to the processing of personal data.
  • Right to portability: does not apply to non-automated processing therefore to paper-based archives and/or records; furthermore, only data that are provided by the data subject to the Data Controller and processed with the Data Controller's consent or on the basis of a contract with the Data Controller are portable.

15. Deadline and manner of response from Holder to those who wish to assert a right concerning their personal data

Summary:

No. 1 (one) month extendable up to No. 3 (three) months in the most complex cases in written form

Insight:

We represent that where you exercise your rights, the Data Controller must provide a response in writing also through electronic tools that facilitate accessibility (orally only at the express request of the interested party) within the term of no. 1 (one) month that in cases of particular complexity is extendable to no. 3 (three) months without prejudice to the obligation to provide feedback within one month of the request even in case of denial. The Holder assessed the complexity of the request made by the interested party may establish the amount of any contribution to be requested from him but only if the requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

16. Changes to this fact sheet

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this information page at any time by giving notice to Users here. Therefore, please consult this page often, taking as reference the date of last modification indicated at the bottom. If you do not accept the changes made to this privacy policy, you must cease using this Application and may request the Data Controller to remove your Personal Data.
