Needle roller bearings

Needle roller bearings are long, thin cylindrical roller bearings with high load carrying capacity and are therefore exceptionally suitable for bearing arrangements where radial space is small.

PF Quality roller bearings consist of cylindrical rolling elements with an outer and/or inner ring, designed to support significant loads while maintaining a small footprint. Roller bearings without an inner ring can be installed directly on the shaft, which acts as the raceway. However, when it is not possible to use the shaft as a raceway, roller bearings with an inner ring must be used. In addition, these bearings can be equipped with sealing systems, which offer additional protection against contamination from outside.

The rollers are guided by a rigid cage, which ensures controlled and precise movement of the needle rollers, improving efficiency and stability.
